As a Colorado transplant from Eastern Pennsylvania, I have been in Summit County for over a year now with no plans on leaving. Based in Frisco, I have everything I need in my backyard – five world-class ski resorts and endless inspiration for my photography and design work. Zanderography, the Photoblog has been around for four years now, starting back home in Bethlehem, PA, and now reflecting my traveling/mountain life. Zanderography Web Design is the newest addendum to the Zand-o-sphere, and has been in operation since 2005.
I love to ski. I love music. And I’m a huge nerd (so much so that the first firm I worked for was actually called NURD).
So welcome to my tiny corner on this, the Widest of World Webs. See my world. Read my words. Let me know what you think.
Armed with my trusty Nikon, Zanderography.com is the photography half of Zanderography LLC., documenting my day to day adventures in the high country and sharing my views with the world. This site is in its third full design iteration, and I hope you find it more user friendly, easily searchable, and if you'd like a photo, easily purchasable . The site is continually under construction, so expect improvements daily.
I was introduced to the photoblog by Kathleen Connally of A Walk Through Durham Township in a Photoshop Class I taught back in PA. I'd been shooting digitally for over a year and like most digital photographers, I found my images collecting exponentially on my hard drive. A Photoblog seemed a natural place to show off my work and zanderography.com was born.
I love to photograph. As such, I'm still finding my niche, but right now it's people and places. I had a phenomenal opportunity to shoot Musikfest, a huge festival in Bethlehem, PA in ‘04 and ‘05, shooting headliners like Alice Cooper and George Clinton. I've also been blessed with many travel opportunities, most recently a three-week photography class on a tiny island, Bocas del Toro, in Panama. And this summer I'll be spending two weeks in Kauai, Hawaii.
