Finally spring is sprunging and summer-road trip season is upon us! Leo, Greg, and I took off for points south today for an "Extreme Scenic Driving" adventure. We took a brief tour of a few old mining towns in Central Colorado including Leadville, Buena Vista, and Salida (with a soak at the Cottonwood Hot-Springs thrown in for good measure). We found this old Drive-In between Buena Vista and Cottonwood Pass.

I went to a Tribeca Film Festival "Drive-In" a couple of nights ago. They set up a screen in the park and showed the premier of Planet B-Boy, a documentary about the World BreakDancing Championships. The film was great - I recommend everyone sees it when it's released in a theater near you. They had all these great breakdancers, MC's, DJ's, and beatboxers (Kenny Muhammad!) performing before the movie. Amazing!
