Zanderography is a small web design and development firm based in Breckenridge, Colorado. Currently we take on all projects: from full on design work, to collaborating with designers, supporting them with development and back-end programming. Our priority is always on the end-user experience, creating a web environment that’s standards compliant over all modern browsers and platforms, but also interactive, engaging, and unique.

I was contracted by the Colorado Credit Union Association to help program one of their parent sites, CUSN, which helps new customers find their local Credit Unions via shared branching.
CUSN had a few unique requests. The most dynamic was a bilingual site that could switch from English to Spanish with just one click. Since the site was to be updated often by the end client (through a custom-made web-based content management system), it didn't make sense to create two separate sites. Instead, each page pulls all of the content from a central database in either language, depending on the user's choice. CUSN has the ability to update the content at their convenience through the CMS.
The site also uses Google's new Map API to display custom Google Maps for each branch location.

A contract for cheshire enterprises in Bethlehem, PA. John and Kimberly asked me to help update one of their clients, Corpus Christie Elementary, to XHTML and CSS 2.0 while creating easy to use templates so the client could intuitively update the site themselves.
The final site's code was radically simplified, and with CSS made 100% lighter, provided Corpus Christie School with semantically logical code to facilitate their updating.

My first Summit County/freelance project. Carl Scofield is a local professional photographer based in Breckenridge. I contacted Carl looking to apprentice as a photographer and he immediately took me under his wing, but first asked for a new web site.
Carl was looking to update and simplify his old site, but most importantly wished to have the ability to update and maintain the photo galleries at his convenience. I created a custom Content Management System for him which afforded him complete control over his site.

A project while I was still working with NURD. I was tasked with adding the functionality to the site after the initial design was completed. NURD specialized in adding tiny "NURDisms" to each of their sites, small quirks and features to truly distinguish their projects from the masses. I helped by adding uncommon features to Flash including scroll bars that worked with the mouse wheel and dynamically updateable News and Bid Information. Through a custom CMS MKSD can update their Bid List and News, then Flash reads in the information through a combination of ASP and XML.

- Flash 7.0
